39 years ago tomorrow, 27 December 1971, I married the woman of my life. We have shared many things in those years: three sons, two dogs, a few ducks and a few bottles of wine. But most of all we have shared a love that has seen us through the trials of a military career, sicknesses and health, births and deaths, and the things big and little that have come to our lives. God has given me a helpmate that only He could have known was the best for me. Joan, I thank you for the best years of my life and I look forward to many more adventures together. I love you BUNCHES
